I currently feed the tank with NLS Pellets and hikari seaweed extreme pellets...

Will this suffice for peppermint shrimp and scarlet skunk cleaners or should I be adding something else to make sure they are well fed?

They are scavengers and should get plenty of food that the fish do not get to quick enough. You should not need to feed them anything beyond what you feed the fish.

I dump some mysis in the tank and my cleaner goes right at it. I do not target feed him, he just seems to find his fair share.

I feed mine if he won't leave the fish alone. I've watched him pull pellets from a clowns mouth so now I squirt a little his way to calm him down.

Mine used to pull silversides out of my nem back when I used to feed those. He moved on to stealing mysis from my acans. Now he is the first one I feed. I grab a pinch of mysis and put it right in front of him and he eats it out of my hand. Makes it easier to feed my corals.

What all of them said.

IMHO, the best way to feed them is to put food in the tank. ANYWHERE. It will find it!

I don't target feed anything in my tank. I dump the food while the powerheads are on. Everybody is doing fine and gets fair share of food.

I feed crab cuisine sinking pellets. I also dose a drop of iodine per 25 gallon once a week. I've read it helps with their molting.

I saw mine last night picking at the nori in the jaws of the clip that the fish can't get to. They are remarkably adept at procuring enough food to survive.
