best way to get rid of zoa eating nudis?

Look for the eggs on the zoas. They're small clear swirls that need to be picked off. Usually, when you see the zoas or palys closed up... there's usually a nudi.

Like dieselgrk said, freshwater and iodine will do the trick.

I had some a while back. I dipped my zoas in hot water for about 10 seconds, swirling them around. The little bastards fell right off. Did that a couple times and all is good.

I have experience with a 5 min freshwater dip works. Try to get the same temperature of water. I usually use ro water and float the container in my sump for an hour to match the temp. HTH

Adjust the PH of the freshwater or the dip can do as much harm as the nudi's

Good point Rob. I forgot to mention that. ;)

I have found that vigorous swishing is an important part of the recipe for success. They don't let go as easily as you might think---they hang on for dear life.

I didn't say I had any...I just want to know what to look for. When I see a picture....I might be giving all my Zoa's to you. I need to make sure they're good and infected first.

I figure that since I have flatworms, bristle worms and god knows what else....Nudi's would only be natural!

Natural control via' wrasse like a yellow coris and green sea grass wrasse or similar types like leopards too.

How well do red coris wrasses work I had a big nudi branch in my tank but I caught him and disposed of it. I have been thinking about getting a red coris wrasse.

You will see the nudis pretty easily. And all your polyps will start closing up and dying. Freshwater dip is suposed to work really good on them, but you have to watch for eggs.
