Bicolor Dottyback on steroids

MyBicolor Dottyback (Pictichromis paccagnellae) seems like it just got a growth spurt cause he really looks like he is on steroids lately.
How long do these guys live? Mine is close two 3 inches . Do they get much larger?
I have had him for almost 3 years.

Yeah, he's using. I dont think they get much bigger than 3".
