Big IMAC problem..can you help?

My girlfriend and I had purchased IMAC tickets but now, we just found out that her little brothers college graduation is the same weekend. So, obviously, we cant go to IMAC.

We have emailed a few times, asking for a refund on the tickets, stating our problem, but have gotten no response, at all.

We read over the fine print, on the IMAC site and it said something about no refunds after Feb. 15th, but we did not purchase the tickets until March 8th.

This is a double, FULL reservation, including the banquet. The tickets were purchased for $150 and we still have the confirmation emails, etc. that state as such.

I know there are quite a few IMAC staff people that hang out in this forum. I was just wondering if any of you would be able to help us out or throw out some advice.

Thanks, in advance!

Keep this thread on top and I'm sure someone will buy them from you. Especially, if you offered a discount. I would by them but I can't go for the full weekend.

IMAC is the last weekend of this month (28th - 30th).

We paid $150 for the tickets and we'll sell them for $125.

Like I said, they include everything. This is quoted from the IMAC site "... includes a conference program book, name badge and admission to all exhibits and events, such as the Saturday night reception, the Gala Banquet, a Fantastic Line Up of Speakers, the Huge IMAC Raffle, and a Great Trade Show"

If someone comes along and can help us get a refund, we'll go that route. But if not, as I stated above, we'll agree with $125.

I went last year, with a friend and it was fantastic.

We just really need to unload these. If it wasnt for the graduation, we'd be there in a second...but, we cant really choose a hobby conference over her brothers college graduation.

Let me talk to the significant other, I'll get back to you in the morning. I was only planning on going Saturday, but....

I never would've thought it would've been this much trouble to sell these.

Someone make us an offer, please.

I still cant believe that no one, from IMAC, will get back in touch with us, even though we still keep emailing them about it.

A bump to the top..

The IMAC can be a great time. Especially if you go for the whole experience. I enjoyed my first one (MACNA) way back.. I enjoyed it so much, I followed the MACNA around the country for the next few years. If your planning on stopping by for a day and visiting the vendors and think that that is what the IMAC is about, then you will likely be disappointed, but if you can go for the whole experience, you will be very pleased.

I believe Dennis is having some health issues, please bear with him.

Northface - From me? what is your paypal?

Oh...sorry, man. It's from someone else.

Sorry I didnt get back to you. :(

No problem. I'll probably just buy a single ticket. Can I buy tickets at the door or will I have to get them online before IMAC?
