Theres also a segment around the 6:30 mark where you see a RBTA with long tentacles, "proving", maybe, that some BTAs naturally exhibit this tentacle shape in the wild as opposed to always have the classic bubble tips.

I think this is just an old white stripe fish that lost white due to age... Light reflection makes it look black.

They also change color when threatened, stripes get dark...

Count first and second statements as one of the reasons. When they loose white or yellow, you can still tell where the stripes were, these areas become dark/geyish maroon. I don't know what these discolored areas look like under natural sun light.
