I'm about 55 miles SW of Washington DC I'm a few minutes south of Warrenton, VA off route 17. I'm not familiar with the Richmond Reef Club but I am a member of WAMAS.

very nice collection there fire.

Blastos seem to be pretty uncommon. does anyone know why this is?

Price for one and they dont sell as well as they use to. IMO

Holy CRAP!! Reefer334, that is absolutely AWESOME!! You guys are killing me. I'm going to have to set up a tank just for Blastos

I love blastos, too. Certainly my blastos aren't as beautiful as the ones already posted, but I love them anyway.

This one I have had for a year now, and it has doubled the number of heads it has. I think it is a B. merleti. Its actually become prettier recently, adding some turquoise.

And this one, which I think may be a B. wellsi, I just recently purchased.

Wish I saw them more often, as they seem to be relatively hardy.
