I have 8 gbtas that all have turned white. They eat good and I also soak my food with selcon and feed twice a week. This has been going on for about 6 months. There is no change in color improving. They are in a 40 breeder with a 29 gallon sump.Water changes are 20% every 2 weeks.Bio load is small, only one pair of percs.I gave my rbtas to my friend to keep them from losing their color as well. Thanks David

My lighting is a sunpod 36'' with 2 14k 150 watts. The lights are now about 7 months old, and are about 6'' from the water.

Water parameters? Have their been any recent changes--anything from adding GFO, carbon, new chemicals, new bulbs, skimmers, foods, etc.?

Water parameters are ok except for phos, I run rodi and have new filters and membrane.Phos is off the chart.I have ordered a phosoban reactor should be in somtime this week.I run a skimmer 24/7.I don't dose the tank with anything, only feed the fish flake food .Tank has approx 60lbs of live rock, and the fuge has 30lbs.I have a dsb of 5'' in display and 3'' in fuge.I will post a pic later.
