Blenny Panting? Please Help

I have a Bicolor Blenny that is fully grown. I moved him from my 20 gallon seahorse tank to my 90 gallon display tank last week. He has been fine and spends most of his time with his body in a hole and his head hanging out looking at me.

I just noticed that he looks like he is panting through his mouth. He seems to be having trouble breathing or something? Maybe he has something lodged in his throat? The only drastic change that has gone on in the tank since he has been in there is I put two new powerheads in yesterday. They are Koralia #4s so the flow has increased alot. But, it is not blowing the fish around or anything.

What do you think the problem is?

You did check salinity of both tanks, right? no more than .001 difference? If it is not osmotic shock from salinity change, or ich in the gills, he'll probably be fine. when he comes out, give him a good lookover to be sure there are no bumps. SOmetimes blennies just puff a bit.

My Starry did that when I first moved him from QT to Display. I pointed a small power head at the surface and really got that surface water roiling and his breathing settled right down.
