blonde naso with dark spots

Just got this guy friday and saturday morning noticed the spots. They vary in size and dont appear to be raised. He is acting fine, eating and breathing normal. No scratching either. Bacterial or black ich? Thanks

That's a turbellaria infection of the finest. While it is often called "black ich" it is caused by turbellarian worms and not ciliate parasites.

Try PraziPro.
If that doesn't work give him 10 to 15 minute freshwater baths on 5 consecutive days.
A medication that should for sure be effective is Trichlorfon, but it may be toxic to some fish so I would only use it as the last resort.

Start prazipro monday. Spots look much better however tank is cloudy and ph is 8.0 thats after 6hours with lights on. Naso seems lethargic. Directions say to wait 5 days which would be tomorrow evening. Should i wait it out or turn on protein skimmer and run carbon? Thanks
