Blue clove polyps eradication?

I thought I waited 72 hours but when I look back through the photo log, I seem to recall it was 48hrs later that I started water changes and adding carbon to the system. I did have one SPS that started tissue necrosis as a result of the treatment. I fragged it and both pieces survived as did the Your Reef Iron Man I mentioned. Fwiw, I left my skimmer running throughout.

Will my zoas, be affected by this Fenbendazole treatment?? Or are there any softies that will make it through. I have a 29 gallon biocube with a 10 gallon sump. Should I remove the overflow box and stop all the water going to and from the sump while treating??

Replied to your PM. My zoas and pallys were fine. You should be able to leave your skimmer and sump working as normal. Remove any carbon. Xenia and softies like leathers are vulnerable though I haven't personally verified. Unknown impact to mushrooms.
