No... they're not...

Yes...they are...

And you can own one for the low, low price of $149.99+S&H!

We all know how hard ich can be to get rid of. There's never been a reliable reef safe solution....UNTIL NOW! Watch the Chromy systematically attack the ich using the latest advancements in systematic parasite attack methods (SPAM). The best part is, you'll never have to worry about feeding these superior Ich Reef Chromys assuming you can keep your other fish growing a constant supply of Chromy food. If not, for the low price of $9.99, we can also include a bottle of Instant Ich, which will increase your supply of ich. Our ich has been proven to contain more omega-3s, amino acids and electrolytes than standard ich. Backed by science and your Ich Chromys(TM) will love the flavor!

Funny and true! Good one

Actually, neon gobies and cleaner wrasses DO eat ich.

FWIW,
Kevin

I think even whose dont eat ich. They eat flukes and other external skin parasites like isopods, anchor worms, etc., but ich buries under the skin of the fish and cannot be externally removed.

Perhaps they just remove the cyst then, as I have seen neon gobies "clean" ich-infected fish in my tanks and remove the white salt-grain ich cyst from tails and fins. I haven't kept cleaner wrasses, but assumed their behavior was similar.

Basically, ich is a pimple containing a lot of microscopic little ich organisms which head right down for the sandbed. So cleaners of various sorts can get the dead skin, but if it really is ich, it needs to be addressed.
