Here is some info on the positions and what the responsibilities are. This info is direct from outgoing VP John.
Since I've been VP...
The president arranged for coral if we purchased any.
The VP handled the raffle. I bring the tickets and run the raffle (with assistance from Bob's daughter calling out the numbers! ). I also handle the t-shirts. I've also been keeping track of the club's two pieces of equipment - the band saw and PAR meter.
Bob handles the $$. He pays for coral purchases and takes the raffle money.
As a group we 'plan' meetings - sort of...
You might want to contact Robert for a better description of the Pres position.
So it looks like there are currently 3 BOD positions. It's up to the group if we want to include a secretary position to absorb some excess responsibilities from some of the other jobs. Anyways....
