where did you get them? lfs or online?

I had my LFS order them for me, they were awsome enough to take the loss for those who did not make it.

Wind, Hummmmm nah i better not hahahaha lol!

That hanging bridge is sick. I had wanted a monti cap to try branch off like that, but never thought about using rocks to bride. Definitely a tier styled acquascaping =)

The scientific name is Apogon Parvulus.

Thanks for your vote!

Thanks...if they don't work out - perhaps you could try another cardinalfish like Zoraima leptacanthus aka threadfin cardinalfish?

How about ghost cardinals?

I think they are the same fish as the thread fin all i know is it's scientific name is (Apogon leptacanthus).

crazy: Ive got a 90g BB and the leptcanthus have done well in my setup.

The only hurdle to jump was getting them to eat in the strong current. Once they began to eat, they would live. I've had 7 now for about a year, theyve doubled in size, and eat like complete pigs. They still group up, too. Great fish, absolutely love them.

They also color up really well. Mine have incredible blues around their eyes and some fins, and even a splash of gold markings on the body.

Just be sure they are eating, and theyre solid.

Thanks a lot King Kong! Good to know, I'll keep that in mind the only other fishes they will have to compete with for food is the 3 cromis and the red spot cardinals. I hope they will help entice the leptcanthus to eat when they are all in a eating frenzy. I love the blue eyes and the vertical stripes on the gills I bet yours are beautiful!

Well, I have got to say your tank is one of the most beautiful tanks I have ever seen... The scape is perfect and everything looks amazing! So with that being said, you have now inspired me to do the same thing so the upgrade from my 47cube has begun! Just bought the tank! My question is what calcium reactor are you using and do you have a complete parts list for it? Thanks and again beautiful tank!

man, why couldnt they put the overflow for that cube in the center of the back panel? that would make it AMAZING.... still, a very awesome cube, park ave.

I would be awesome in the corner if you were putting the tank in a corner i guess that is what they figured people would do.
