Honestly, your ac jr with the dc8 is more than enough to control your tank. Apex is a bit overkill, IMO. Mark Poletti had it when he was featured totm. You probably won't need more than 2 sockets for lights, 2 dosing pumps, ato, chiller, ozone, ca rx etc. Anything 180 gallon or below is do-able with an ac jr. Anything bigger would require you to split the load on the halides, chiller, etc. You got it made.

Very nice. If I was to do another tank, this would be the one.

How long until it will be in? I want to be able to check it out when it arrives at YR.

Once this tank is setup......1 system. Seriously my wife would go Indiana Jones on me and pull out my still beating heart if one more goes up. LOL.

Mark as soon as John calls or emails I'll let you guys know. I can't wait.

I'll be going 3000 on the BB

Tina sadly he will have to be re-homed. I can't do that to him. Taking 18 inches of tank off is way to small. I hope to find him a home in a 180 plus system. He needs room to swim. Plus it's my Favorite and would hate to see him unhappy.

As for Price you gotta ask John. It's a marineland system and they come standard.

Shawn you'd know I'd take him if my other tangs wouldn't go ballistic on him (my clown nearly had a heart attack when she saw my sailfin). Sorry you have to see him go since I know you really love that tang! Great looking tank to come though. (maybe you can put up more than one if you tie them into one sump, then it's one system, right?

I like that thinking Tina :-)
