my new Oceanic bow front came in from the December blow out , new in box , still bubble wrapped , not reef ready. its a 'Metals Series' tank stand and canopy , i have a small tidepool II sump and Berlin turbo skimmer i will include , 325.00 , pics in my gallery from my old 72.

Why is it not reef ready? What would I need to do/pay for to make it reef ready?

It would not be reef ready because it is not drilled or have built-in overflows. hth

the bottom is tempered so it cannot be drilled for dorso pipes , it very well could be drilled for beans pipes and a coast to coast overflow box , . its a nice tank and a great size for someone to so called get their feet wet with saltwater tanks & beans pipes , and i have zero complaints about the ones on my 200 , seem to work very well and dead silent , cant even hear a drop of water , so it can be reef ready with about 1 hour of work

Sweet. I currently have a 75G DAS and it is hard to upgrade, so I am seriously thinking about this bad boy. Does anyone know hoe much it would be to get the plumbing all situated on this beauty?

Where is a great place to buy super fine sand w/o any little shells and junk in it?
Do I go with an Agressive Tank or a Seahorse Tank?
