Breaking down 65 gallon tank...

Hey Ludwigia73, there's a lot of stuff ''spoken for''
I will PM you my cell number, if on Sunday someone does not show up or you have more stuff available, give me a call.
I can come by and will have cash...

Eric, thanks for the compliments, and more than anything, the great conversation when you came by. I hope the corals do well in your system, and you get even better color than I did. That confusa is going to be a show stopper if you can get half the color that Coral Reef Farmers did!

Chris,

Glad we could talk so much. The corals are doing beautifully in my tank, with full polyp extension on everything that had polyps, and the torch and galaxias opened up to be huge. I can't wait for the confusa to color up. I found this:

and now I'm very excited :D

I think I may call you for some rocks too, as well as the fish. I have to talk to you about coming by before Sunday afternoon though.

Thanks again,

Eric

The 10000k bulbs are sold. The 20000k bulbs and lights are installed in the hood, and will be sold with the tank. If someone wants just the tank stand and hood, I'll disassemble it and sell the lights separately. As far as what I have left...

I want to sell it as a whole because it works so well together, but if someone wants just the tank stand canopy combo, I'd disassemble it for you. I want $400 for the whole setup, but it comes with tons of stuff, great startup! I'm selling it with stand, tank, canopy, 2 small powerheads, 1 large powerhead, skimmer with pump, refugium (custom made with special stand for behind the tank, pump in tank pumping into fuge, goes thru skimmer, thru chaetomorpha, then overflows back into the tank), small filter, 2 x 250w metal halides with XM 20000k bulbs almost brand new, 2 x 110w vho super actinics, piece of custom fit starboard for the bottom, all the supplements (mag, calcium A and B, iron, etc etc etc...) test kits, a few more odds and ends... And if it sold early enough, maybe a couple of starter corals. Someone should buy it just for the lights and sell the tank!

The items left are great, I saw them all Sunday when I walked out of Chris' house with a bucket full of coral and rock. Everything opened up almost immediately when I got it in my tank.
As for whats left:
The mushroom rock is great, very colorful shrooms red and blue IIRC.
The purple/black tonga rock was really cool, and rare as I understand it.
The grouper appeared to have a great personality.
TYhe chalices are a real steal.
The green serpent is a monster, VERY impressive, will be the star of most tanks.

Thanks for the kind words, jack... and thanks for coming and helping me to give good homes to the critters. The only correction I'd like to make on what you said, since there's been lots of confusion, is that I don't have tonga rock, I have tonga mushrooms that are purple/black. I've been offered 100 bucks for the 1 shroom, and it's split since, so you're getting 2 shrooms for a great price. And you're right, the chalices are way below what the stores are asking for them. Thanks again, Jack!

I'm going to go out on a limb here, because I'd like to finish this quickly. Anything left in the tank when someone decides to buy the tank setup will be given to that person for half what I have it listed here. In other words, the sooner you get it, the more livestock you'll be able to take home with you. Also, it has nice clear water in it now, due to all the people taking stuff and my having to make up 6 buckets of Instant Ocean yesterday!!! So, if you buy the tank, I'll put all that water in 5 gallon jugs and you take it with you, and voila! instant running tank with water! Remember, it comes with a fuge and chaeto with tons of pods! And I think I finally saw a couple of mysid shrimp flippin out as I moved rock around.
