Breaking down 65 gallon tank...

Okeedokee... tank and fuge are empty, and tank has been cleaned very well. The starboard has been cleaned... Just so you all know, the tank is on craigslist for $150, so if you call me, remind me you saw it on reefcentral. I'd like to keep it within the club. Someone needs another/bigger tank!!!

The skimmer has been thoroughly cleaned as well... I drilled a small hole in the side near the bottom for an airline to pass through, with a beechwood airstone inside. There is a large air pump I'll be giving with it as a bonus. It's large but really really quiet. I needed it due to my barebottom, needed to skim wetter. Worked great.

I found a clear overflow I bought a while back and never used. It's brand new. $25 or $10 with the tank. It has the front and back, and the U-tube for siphon.

I am interested in your tank. I would like to come by and look at it on Sunday. New to the hobby as well as to FMAS.

pm sent, dinks...

the overflow has 1 line coming from the bottom of the outside the tank part. It has a large foam sleeve over the pipe, and the siphon tube sits lower than the top of the overflow pipe.

That is typically a 600gph overflow.
I'm looking for a 1200gph one (double drain pipes).

That's a great deal on the tank setup... shame that the wife would kill me in my sleep if I brought home another tank... *sigh*

Can't believe no one's snatching this one up!!! 65gal with starboard, and a bunch of supplements and extra hardware! I'm getting out so anything left over is fair game!!!

Almost everything has been sold... Only thing left is the electric shut-off switch for overflows... It's basically a float switch with a kill that you can set to turn off when the water level reaches a certain point, or turn on when the water level reaches a certain point. They're $39 new, I'll sell mine for $15 and it's only been used twice to shut off my skimmer. It's like new. Here's the link, it's the one in the top right hand corner. http://www.autotopoff.com/products.html It's set right now to kill whatever's plugged into it if the water level rises, but to set it to turn something ON if the water level rises, just cut the zip tie and flip over the switch, and put a new zip tie on. Same thing, call me at 954-618-9498
