Brittany's 93g cube Reef

Looks great. How long have you had the Tamarin wrasse? I love those but they need to eat so frequently, I'm afraid it wouldn't do well in my system. Do you give it any specific care?

returning the compliment on your tank. really cool setup with the black sand. awesome aquascape too!

Oh yeah, I second the "call around" for glass prices. I bet its under $20. Can't remember. Then grab a $1/gallon 29G tank @ Petco next time they run that promotion. Plenty of people around that can drill glass if you need it. Boom-bam. Sump for under $50.

Cully, I've had the tamarin for almost 2 months. She doesn't get any special treatment really besides getting fed a few times a day with frozen PE mysis. But you know what I did notice.. I just recently added a melanurus wrasse and it really loves to chase that food around. Even gets just a bit nippy if Another fish wants the same bit of food. Well last night the tamarin woke up at about 1:30am and stayed up all night while the melanurus was sleeping all night and then this morning the tamarin went to bed as the melanurus woke up! The tamarin put herself on the opposite sleeping schedule so now it's gonna be tougher for me to feed her being that I have to sleep at night lol. Since some of you are from the area where exactally did you guys go to get glass cut for baffles? I already have the 29 gallon tank from a previous reef tank so all I really need is the baffles.

And again thanks everyone for the kind words! I really appreciate it! :D

Geddes Glass and Metal had the best price when I bought for my 360g. Definitely more of a "mom and pop" feel than some of the really big places but it was dirt cheap (like less than half the prices given by other local places).

So I saved up a little cash from selling a small t5 light and powerhead to a friend and went on a tiny shopping spree for corals  my hubby and I went to this place called The Reef Room. It's located in Rome NY if you haven't heard of it you should really check him out :) anyways, I got another meat coral, this one is pretty awesome. It's orange with a blue center. I also got a lime green war coral and a green and purple acan. The acan had gotten attacked by another coral so I got it for a good price. I also got some really nice zoas but I put those in my ten gallon Zoanthid garden tank. Still haven't gotten to making the sump. I'm saving up money for the frag swap and then maybe I'll work on the sump. For now my temp. Bin is doing okay. I also got this really nifty idea on how to keep my meat corals upright since I have very fine sand. My husband found me some plumbing PVC fittings and I just fill them with sand and place the meat coral on top. That way it doesn't get tipped over by the sand being moved around. Anyways, enough of me rambling and onto the pictures! Sorry for the bad quality, all I have is my iPhone.

The zoas were so hard to get a picture of. They look totally different under the blue LEDs than the white and blue.
