Your tank is cycling, you just moved it recently right? Brown film diotoms, long and stringy dynos. And what ro water are you using?

Diatoms are normal and will go away quickly if your Phosphate and Nitrate are low. They will usually deplete all available silicon in the tank in a few days. They however won't actually disappear since that brown you see are actually billions of what will be skeltons, so you may have to do a bit of brushing this off if your flow isn't strong enough to blow them away.
Anything else that shows up is a problem.

i bought RO water from the water machine at the store, some of it is stringy and the other just sits on top of the sand and rocks.

thank you for this information

i am going to purchase my own RO system very soon! as i think that the machine water filter might not be true..... and it would say me time from lugging buckets etc..

thanks
