Hi,

Is your salinity at 1.026, not 26 ppt?

As 125 stated your anemone is not healthy or happy. Was it fully inflated and looking good when you purchased it?

If it were me, I'd run the tests again today.

I'd test pH, Alk (go get a test - the API test is easy and relatively cheap), nitrate, and phosphate. I'm by no means an expert. I just got my first nem myself and honestly I'm just hoping I don't kill the poor thing; but it's no use worrying about how old your tank is or what you should have done prior to getting it, etc, as it's here now and just needs to be helped. Do a water change - a water change never hurt anything and it may help it perk up a little. I'd do the tests before the water change so if your params are good then jsut do a small one and if your params are bad do a bigger one. Have you fed it at all yet? And what another poster asked: has it always looked like this or did this situation just start?

I've had issues with wild caught anemones in the past. After obtaining aquacultured ones, they have survived all sorts of conditions.

if the mouth is open pretty sure that means its dying. Change the water. It sounds too weak to eat if its losing its footing and the mouth is open.
Sorry man.

Keep doing the daily water changes, it can only help. Also if you have power heads you might want to consider putting those foam pad things over them so your bta won't get sucked in and shredded. I've never had good luck when a bta got to that point, you might want to consider waiting until your tank is a little more established. Do you have any other corals in the tank?

Going to need more than that

pH?
Salinity?
alk?

at the very least. Would be good to know calcium as well

I think the lighting is more than good, reef breeder value led can support sps in a 60 cube it's more then enough for an anenome in a 20.

What percent intensity are you running the lights at? What is your water flow like?
