Thats a sweet little model. Jeremy how big is that collection cup? Problem is that this going to go under my tank and not sure about how I will be able to get the cup from uder my tank to empty it..LOL

Hey Jeremy - I was looking at your site for dimensions and I noticed the air draw seems off. It has the 300's with 1,500LPH and the 400's with 2,000LPH. The 250's list 1,300LPH. My 300 Ext came with the RD2000 which was advertised as 2,000LPH and I thought the air draw:skimmer size was perfect. Did the pumps change or did the ratings change? It looks like the air draw increased on the minis and decreased on the Deluxe line?

Sweet video btw. I'd love to see one of the 200 Mini!

Unfortunately I do not have that info yet. As soon as I get the actual skimmer here I will let you know.

This is the most recent information we have received on the units. I'm not sure if Klaus has changed anything on the skimmers from past models or not to dial the units in even more.

Interesting. I'm sure it'll work just as well with the smaller pumps but I'm just wondering why the change? I'm sure Klaus will chime in.

The BBk skimmers do you will receive and also those for special orders are the new models that you can take off all the parts of the skimmer to wash it (maintenance) ?

And also with the Enkamat impeller ?

We will be stocking all of the Red Dragon pumps, however that probably won't be until late August.

Wow Jeremy I can't wait until these mini's come out. The cheapo's in the lighting filtration forum are already saying that DAS skimmers and a good DIYer skimmer using a quiet one pump is as good as a min with a 1/4 of the cost...LOLOLOL

I thought your Deltec was the holy grail , how come u need to upgrade it ? The AP600 can't handle your 55 ?

Also, think the mods will let u change your name again ?

It is my holy grail But will the AP600 handle my upgrade to a 120 gallon with 30 gallon sump along connected to a 35 gallon hex frag tank? I don't think so
