Bubble tip splitting quickly

I got a RBTA about 2 weeks ago and he has split already. Does that seem to early?

Calcium 380
Alk 9
Phosphate 0
SG 1.025
PH 8.4

Have you done a water change . It could just be its really happy or stress eather way be happy u now have 2 .

calcium is a little low for me, although has nothing to do with the split.

Yeah I will be doing a water change this weekend. I know the Calcium is a little low.

It could have been due for a split, and just decided to do it as a result of being moved. People have often reported splits occuring shortly after big water changes, and moving tanks is a HUGE water change.

lol you are so true never did i really think about that i was just thinking maybe he did a large water change of his own . Great point .

Yeah, very common to have them split immediately after being relocated.
