C. Fremblii (Blue stripe butterfly)

I'm looking for personal experiances with this fish, I'm contemplating holding out for this fish to be the next addition to my Butterfly tank (I know they're not available very often). Tank mates would be Copperband, Lemon and Burgess Butterflies, and some other small peaceful fish that are all already in the tank. I have a 145 display 50 gal sump (actual water volume) and about 400 lbs of LR. Thanks. -Steve

I have one, picked it up summer 2007, it was very small. It would only eat frozen brine for the sevral months it was in QT and for a long time when it was place in the tank with the other Hawaiian fish. Then one day it started eating flake with the rest of the fish. Now, its at least 3.5 inches (?) and everything. Put in a few Hawaiian cucumbers they other day and it started picking at them, the only other fish that had any interest was one of the Bandits.

Sounds like a fairly hardy fish, thanks for your response. Now I just need the patience to find one... -Steve
