Can I keep bartlett anthias with other anthias species?

I have 5 bartlett anthias in my 180 gallon 5 footer tank currently.

I just fell in love with the ventralis anthias and plan to get them. Would it be an issue if I add them now after the bartlett have already established themselves?

I can certainly use the acclimation box first and get the ventralis to start eating before releasing it...pls advise

Bartlett will bully them. If the new anthias is larger they will be okay but the bartlett will still try to bully them until they fight back

I wouldn't put ventralis with anything as aggressive as bartletts.
