Can't catch fish covered with ick

I have a serious outbreak of ick and cannot catch the fish. Does anyone have any experience with Polyp Lab Medic?

I have been feeding twice a day with garlic with no luck. They are still eating but getting pretty bad.

Powder brown tang, yellow tang, and two clownsand a manderian.
