No matter how much i feed it seems like my trigger doesnt gain any weight. I feed 2 cubes / chunks of mysis a day (hikari and PE Mysis). Is it possible that it has intestinal worms or something and its not letting it gain the nutrition from the feedings? Is there an in tank treatment for something like this or would i have to quarantine?

Intestinal worms are a definite possibility. You might wanna read this recent thread.

What else do you feed ?
I think before jumping the gun and treating you should try some real meaty foods eg.,table shrimp, clams and scallops ..Mysis is not a very heavy meal for him IMO

I also feed pellets and Rogers Food. However, i have run out of rogers food for about a month now. Maybe ill try to feed some of that again and see how it goes.

What type of trigger and how big is it?
Like others have said feed shrimp, scallops, clams, squid, etc
Also try increasing the feeding to 3+ times a day.

I am guessing he is a very active swimmer as well- I read my blue line 'small' salad shrimp - they were frozen and cooked - then I would cut into smaller than. Mouth size pieces and soak in Selcon over night - he got fat and meaner than ...
