Carpet advise needed

Hi Guys

Just need abit of advise about carpet nems......

How hard are they to keep (i know nems are hard to keep)

Do they wander alot?

What sorta feeding do they like

what sorta lighting??

Do carpets move about less than BTAs cos i believe carpets are bottom dwelling nems?

"Happy" anemones rarely (if ever) wander, but carpet anemones are as prone to wander as BTA's. The only difference is that a sandbed dwelling anemone might not sting as many of your corals as a rock dwelling anemone but it all depends on what you're keeping in the aquarium along with your anemone.

I have a few softies towards the top of my rock structure but the base of my tank is free from corals so will it stay on the base or will it climb the rocks?

IME carpets tend to wander less, but that is if you give them ideal conditions as outlined in the FAQ. Bta's wander all the time for no reason or for their reason.

I know what u mean about BTAs wandering my one i used to own used to move every week or so despite it doubling in size and looking stunning!

So i take it carpets are less inclined to move than the BTA!
