Will it work? I would like to thave one and a saddle back clown. I haven't started setting up the tank yet I am still thinking things trough. Thanks for your help.

Although a BTA isn't a natural host for a saddleback, it might go to it. Natural symbionts for BTA's would include maroon clowns, tomato, and clarkii. Ocellaris and perculas often go to them as well. A 29 gallon could make for a nice display with a large BTA and a clown, or even a pair of clowns.

I have a BTA and a Carpet(haddoni) in my tank. My pair of saddlebacks went right for the carpet. Make sure you find a large BTA if you choice one. My clowns are very rough on their 18" anemone. I wouldnt even put saddlebacks in a 29g. My female is almost 6 inches and pretty much runs my 125g.
