Carpet anenome in a reef tank?

Would I be able to keep a carpet anenome in a 90 gallon reef tank? My only worry is that it would eat the pink spotted sand sifter or the mandarin. I'm also worried it will sting my corals. Would I HAVE to put it in first or could I put it in last and monitor it?

Yes it will eat your Fish, Yes it will sting your corals, but there are chances your fish are smart enough to stay away from it, the haddoni i had only ever ate 1 fish that was severely sick, never bothered my healthy fish, but thats not to say it wouldnt happen, IMO... put the anemone in first so it can walk around and find its spot first, then after it settled in and stays put for awhile then start adding corals and stuff.. if thats not the option always just closely monitor it while it moves if its starting to move towards coral, be sure to clear is path so it doesnt sting the corals...

Haddoni's like to stay in the Sand... S. Gigantea's like to go on the rocks..

So then what would be a better one that are least likely to eat other fish but are still natural hosts for a Picasso and percula clown?

you will have better luck w a saddleback, sebae or even a clarki. I had a Haddoni in my tank over 6 months and my blk ocel and true perc never hosted

Is there a chance that if I keep it well fed, that it will leave the fish alone? My live fish store has a georgouse green carpet anenome and the ocel clowns poke their heads out of the folds in it and it's soo cute!
