I have a white with green tip carpet anenome that I bought thinking that my clown would host but I think he is a tank raised clown and has nothing to do with it.

I am willing to trade for soft coral with color.
I love mushrooms!
(hint hint)

Hmmmm, I have a shroom rock I'm about ready to part with and I'm propagating true red shrooms, not the red/brown kind.
I may be interested.

do you have a pic?
as I said I love mushrooms and have a bunch of purple/ green ones. I think red would fit in real nice.

I have know idea. When I bought it I was told it was a carpet anenome I figured there was only one kind. I know he sometimes folds in four sides and looks like a flower. if that makes any sence.

I have never seen discos this color, that's why I'm aquaculturing them. I cut them about a week ago and they have attached. Probably another week and they'll be healed.

I have the regular purples and reds. I'm fixing to chop up about a 4" greenstripe and make lots more of 'em.

This is the shroom rock that needs to go. I couldn't have taken a worse pic of it tho.

I plan on breaking it to keep the yellow polyps and the remander can go. These guys breed like crazy and I don't want to take them over to the new tank.
The green srtipe in the pic is the one that's getting cut up. I figure I'll chop it into 8 pieces and make lots more of them.

if I could get some of each that would be gerat Ill throw in some of my purple's if you are interested.

well let me know if you want to trade the anenome or sell the shrooms.
the purple don't grow like crazy in my tank. I wish they would.
the only time I get new ones is when I cut them for a new mount.

Could you get some pics of the base and oral disc? That would help in determination of type.

I have bunches of ricordias, a few miscellaneous discosoma(stopped searching for these once I got into ricordea) and some really nice and some very rare leathers, like pulsing sinularia, ORA green polyp toadstool, darker(but not Tyree) green polyp toadstool frags. I just need to ID the type, because some carpets are very hard to keep and I also do not want an Atlantic type. I'll do some leg work and find out, but the above asked for pictures would be a huge help.

no I bought it at Aquatic vissions in Port Richey. I never knew there were so manny kinds.
Check here
they have what looks to be the same as what I have.

on a side note I have a deal pending on him as we speak. If that falls through I will let you know.

I did a search on Atlantic Anemone and found nothing that resembles this. A call to Aquatic vissions tells me that this came from the Gulf as 95% of there stuff did.
