Ceiling hanging hardware for lights

I am currently looking for hanging hardware for hanging both my heavy tank hood and to-be purchase lights (also heavy) from a two story ceiling (25 foot ish ceiling height). I would be interested if you suggestions or recommendations on the needed equipment.

Here's what my hood looks like below. I am looking at hanging the hood 12" - 20" above the tank. Since the tank is in main entry way, I would like something that's not so visible and pleasing on the eyes.

I am considering something which would allow me to move the lights up and down with a wench electronically or something but I first need to tackle the wiring to hang them.

Thx

Are you planning on running the wires up to the ceiling, or just hanging them off the back? Why do you want to suspend the entire hood?

Look into the hooks that are made to hang heavy chandeliers.

Wires - I was thinking hanging them from the back for easier access.

I wanted to suspend the hood because of MH. I plan to put 3-4 400 MH + VHO or T5 over this tank. The hood with MH reflectors installed are just too close to the water. It also traps all the heat if the hood sits directly over the tank.

chandeliers - funny you mentioned that, someone here where I work also suggested that. thx.

I use yo-yo light hangers. Once hung you can move them up and down to the level you want. People say they break easy, but I have not had any issues with them. Mainly because I rarely move them up/down because they do not get in my way for maintenance.

A friend of mine has ratchet system light hangers. His seem to be better built, but I dont like the excess that hangs off. The Yo-Yo hangers have a spool inside. I bought mine from amazon, he bought his at a local hydroponic store.

$0.02:
My ceiling beams didn't line up above the tank perfectly, so i attached a flat piece of wood to the ceiling beams over my tank, then attached the light hangers to that.
