ceramic rings absorb cupramine?

I have an emperor angel in a 33 gallon qt.
He's been in their now for 1 week. Eating great!
Their is a 6lb piece of live rock in there plus 4 sponges in a canister filter.

I am gonna start Prazipro after week 2.

I was thinking of adding ceramic rings as additional surface area for bacteria to colonize when I remove the LR from qt when I start cupramine.

Would the ceramic rings absorb cupramine like LR?

I'm not sure but I would imagine so. I'd just assume yes to be on the safe side in terms of ever reusing them.

No they dont absorb copper as LR.
Keep in mind though that they should be colonized prior removing the LR otherwise you'll get into a mini cycle.
