Thanks! I'm going to try to keep those gaps there. There is glass bracing above them, so hopefully I can do it.Beautiful........I love the gaps and openness of the scape..........hope you can keep it that way.
I'm jealous of the tank dimensions(perfect) and your fish choices top everything off.
Very nicely done! Looks beautiful and you have some cool fish too. I hope the adjustment period to the new tank goes smoothly, looking forward to things filling in even thought they don't really even need too!
Thanks, I actually broke up most of the corals. I had to break the old tank down using a hammer and a crowbar. How on Earth did that echi or turaki or whatever it is stay intact???
Appreciate it Mark! He's a master at moving corals.
The scape is fantastic, once again, really beautiful.
Thank you. I'm excited to have a low lying aquascape. Should be so much easier to work on.love the low aquascape. of course beautiful collection of angels too.
Thanks bud!Wow just beautiful! All those awesome fish also.
Thank you Matt! Bandits might be my all time favorite fish, certainly in my top 3. It's crazy how a black and white fish can be so beautiful. They are truly a fish where photos do not do justice. Just stunning in person!Beautiful start Connor.
Looking forward to watching this baby grow out.
Love those bandits. Not sure I've ever seen those fish in person.
Thanks! I do not think 8 bulbs will be enough. I'll likely add 2 more t5s or 2 more reefbrite strips.Looks great!!
And selection of fish is something!!
Do you think 8 bulbs will cover 72x36 size thank? Mine is the same dimension and i went with 10 bulbs fixture.

Thanks!Fantastic!
Ha, thanks man! Hopefully they all behave. The clarion is a brute!LOL...When your opening photograph has:
A Clarion Angel
A Pair of Bandit Angels
A Regal Angel
A Joculator Angel
And beautiful SPS.....you have an awesome reef!
Great looking aquascape Connor, looking forward to more updates and pictures of this beautiful reef!
Thanks!!Amazing fish list! Your tank is amazing already!
Yea, I've always wanted a tank with these dimensions. I told my wife I never wanted to go bigger and she just laughed and said "yeah right." Thanks for the comment on the aquascape. I'm really pleased with it and I hope my fish appreciate all the extra swimming room. That is pretty much the holy grail for tank size Conor. I'm loving the design choices for your layout and it looks like your fish have way more room to swim. Looking fantastic!!
Me too buddy!can't wait to watch this progress
Thanks, I'm gonna get a video of it soon.Marvellous. I am looking forward to further updates.
Thank you, much appreciated!layout is awesome!
Yes!! haha. I love the dimensions too. Dream tank for me for sure!ITS ALIVE!!!!
This is going to be great man. The dimensions are absolutely perfect!
Thanks, Yea the openness of this tank is a game changer for me. So easy!Stunning, I also like how open your tank is.

Ha, thanks so much Kevin! I guess those gaps filling in would be a great problem to have. I'm wondering if the corals will shy away from those areas due to the glass bracing that is above them, which blocks a lot of light. It'll be fun to see how they react.Stunning!
But I believe that it will not be long until all those gaps are filled in. Your signature is huge, beautifully colored corals. Now they will be even bigger and better.
Following along for a great ride.
Kevin
Thanks!I love those big acros. Tank looks great and really open. Great start!
Appreciate it!Looks great dude. Love to low open scape.
Thanks Ryan! There's also a venustus and a Clarion.wow awesome bandits, regals. joc and multibar doesnt get much better than that.
Thanks Kurt, The ReefBrites are the XHO blue version. I absolutely love them and might add two more. I believe my bulb combo is 5 blue+ 2 coral+ and 1 purple+Absolutely love the aquascape. Are the ReefBrite strips the XHO blue led only version? Also what T5 bulb combo are you using?
Thanks,
Kurt
They're about 12 inches above the tank right now, but will be dropped to 6 inches over the coming weeks. How high are you keeping your lights on this tank?
Thank you!Awesome angels! joc, multibar, pair regals bandits... Amazing! :inlove:
Congrats!
Thank you, Yes I used new sand with my old rock and old Matrix. The new tank looks great! Really well done. Did you use all new sand?
Thanks, I've had one of those regals for about 5 years and the other for 3. They were separated a year or two ago because the large regal was a very slow eater and couldn't compete with all the fish in my last tank. Since then, he has learned to be much more aggressive. Regals are awesome, I absolutely love them. They leave my SPS alone, but I could never add most LPS or any polyps to the tank as they'd be food. How long have you had your regals together? How big were they when you added them? We're they a /or are they a pair?
Your reef is amazing and I'm just echoing what everyone else has said but great fish choices. If you can't tell I'm thinking of adding a regal to my tank. It's one of my if not my favorite fish.
Thanks Perry! Much appreciatedTank already full man!
Looks amazing, I absolutely love the entire setup!!!
Thank you!New tank - very nice indeed.
Thanks for the kind comment Dom! So far my transfer has gone well, but my corals and fish are definitely stressed. I don't believe I'm outta the woods yet. I've definitely lost some color. You truly are the epitome of a skilled reefer Conor!! The way you have transferred everyone across so happily is just fantastic and you seriously have one of the best fishlists going around :inlove:
Totally jealous haha
absolutely +1 on what dom said conor!!!
Amazing man.....plus i can't tell you how badly i will be waiting for more pics as things settle down, while the days go by:beer:
If you said everything was perfect we'd know you were lying  I think any transfer is always stressful on our inhabitants but seeing things still in good shape is most the battle in a transfer I can't wait to see how the tank looks in a couple of months once everything is settled and back into it's groove! Thanks for the kind comment Dom! So far my transfer has gone well, but my corals and fish are definitely stressed. I don't believe I'm outta the woods yet. I've definitely lost some color.
