Wow. I would've posted my stuff a little earlier but I've just spent the last few hours simply staring at Kleptos piece up there. :inlove: Jeez.

Anyway, I've done a horrible job keeping up with the names of some of these pieces so any help would be appreciated. Also, note that all of them are on the bottom of my display tank, the acrylic of which could've used another swipe of the algae magnet before I took these shots. So, with apologies, here is my collection:

Thanks guys Got that from my comrade Sergio from the Bay area on a trade. It wasnt named but Im thinkin Cherokee chalice seems pretty appropriate I'll update with a better shot in month or two.

Yes the last one is the Convict .. NO I dont do PAR readings sorry... That one doesn't like like at all. Its sitting under my 18 x 11 Acropora table.. Do you have the convict?

Those chalices were taken with 3x250w PHX and 4 T5

i do have the convict and i think i'm giving it too much light, i started a thread in lps about par to try and gather data (its got my lighting in it). i am trying to grow the chalices shallow with my t5's high above the water. it seems most people grow them in deep water with caves and acro growths (i'm sure your acro table is sick) to hide them under. i have been using screens so far

thanks for the advise, beautiful pics and chalices all!!! you can see its stressed but not necessarily due to light. i have also been dealing with some alk issues but that will be resolved once my aquariumplants.com regulator comes in, i already got my geo, the korallin and standard regulator are gone!

I think in general the Stripes chalices doesn't like light at all .. Try to hide it with no light possible ( No direct lighting )..

Nice your convict looks like the one from the guy in Ontario who posted it awhile back .. Sam pattern but different body. Like the 3rd pic I posted same pattern but different body colors..It sure is nice the one you got..

i got mine from raymond so its def the convict

my pics are all washed out, i just got a d50 and a canon 100mm macro f2.8 lens but just returned it for the new IS, b & h was cool about it. anyway its all new to me and i have spend more time taking pics and toying around than reading the manual completely or looking around more in the photo forums. your photo skills are much more respectable
