Wow, haven't checked this thread for awhile now. Super pics!!

Have to post a pic of my Miami Hurricane colony. Top down of course.

Omg that thing is crazy ! How long have you been growing that thing out and do you have a pic with something in it for size reference?

I've had it a little over a year now. Fragged it back in Sept. If you look close you can see a little line on the upper part of the photo, from that line go clockwise around the out side where the new eye's are. That is where I fragged it. I figured it would be odd shaped due to the fragging, but it seems like it just filled back in quickly. It's somewhere around 6" across. Still a baby, but the biggest one I have.

I should take a pic of it at night when the tentacles are out. It's the craziest mess of tentacle I've ever seen. They reach out at around 3 inches.

Funny corals, it seems like when they get enough size or enough mouths they just start smokin on the growth.

I have an atl golden eye that has some massive sweeper tentacles at night. Never would of thought. And what you say about growth is sooooooo true. It takes for ever when small to get growth. When corals start adding more surface are it just snowballs into immense growth ime.
