Chances of resuscitation for button polyp

I adopted button polyp known as salted agave zoa.
Once it adopted first, condition was good as below :

Now it closed its polyp completely and shrunk noticeably over 1 week as below :

Can I get any information or comment if there might be a little chance of resuscitation for this poor button polyp? All other corals and button polyps are very good in condition.
This polyp might be impacted once I added filter media in order to boost filtration capacity. A few of copepods have approaching on it from time to time but I am not sure what they're doing.

Brief parameter for the tank : 30 gal nano
dKH : 7.5
Temp : 79.7 F
NO3 : 0
phosphate : 0

What filter media did you add? How long has your tank been set up?

What's your salinity? Not much info to go on, I'm guessing that they are either getting too much or not enough light.
