Check out what I saw at a LFS.

I pickup the female watanabei this afternoon, I just fed them and she was eating too. I also saw the choati out from 9:30am-5:30pm, I weren't home during those hours on weekdays, so he might have been out during those time on weekdays too. Choati is also eating very well, fed him 3-4 times today. He still didn't have enough and came out again around 8:30pm, I fed him again and he ate and went back to sleep after about 15mins.

The female masked swallowtail is still at the lfs, she was scratching a little on rocks and still have a few spots on her.

I decided to move the Choati into the display late Monday night, still no sign of the Choati in the display the last 2 days. Both the male and female Watanabei are still doing very well, the male started eating pellets yesterday.

Awesome! Got any pics of them in the DT?

Still no sign of the Choati for 3 days in the display, but he might be out while I'm at work.

Here are a couple of pics of the Watanabei in the display.

I will be updating the condition of them in my tank build thread.

did you qt with prizi and hypo salinity? angels are notorious for lukes and ich..

I did Prazipro for a week and observed them for another few days after. I needed room in the QT as I just got in a few more fish and the newcomers are in the QT now with Prazipro. So far the Watanabei are doing great in the display, eating mysis, nori and pellets.

I stopped by home during lunch today to see whether the Choati comes out, but still no sign of him. Hopefully I will be able to see him out this weekend, as I get more chance to look at the tank during the day.

What reasons do you have for moving the fish out of QT so early? Did you treat them for internal parasites?

I hope they all make it. They are some great looking fish that aren't available too frequently.

After talking to a couple of guys on the leopard wrasse primer, I thought the choati will have the best chance in the display. They were all treated in prazipro for 1 week. Watanabei are still doing great.

Finally saw the Choati in my display today. He's still doing well and eating, no one was picking on him.
