So my Chelidonura varians is laying eggs and I know that they do this just b4 they die.

It has plenty of flatworm left to eat and is now moving around eating again, so I am a bit confused...

Do they do this on a regular basis even without a mate?

Any idea's?

Sea slugs - including nudibranchs - will produce egg masses throughout their lives, not just once. Some of them can store sperm & use it for several batches of eggs so even if there's just one you'll find eggs.
