Chinese LED Lights

How many OR T-247's would you need on a 6x2x2 or 8x2x2? How do they compare to the 24" RB Photons?

Any other good options to consider? I am in process of building one of these sized tanks and putting the equipment together. The tank will be a mixed reef.

Its a standard 75 gallon.. Lights are under 12" off surface can measure when I get back from business trip. My cob (left) is at 50 white and 75 color, right is 50 white and 25 color

I've been skimming this thread for a while and there is a lot of information to understand.
I'm looking to light a 7 ft long 265g tank. Its 30" high and 2 ft deep. Its a fish only tank with a few mushrooms and leathers, so softies only.

Can anyone recommend me a decent light? I'm trying to stay under $120 each

Yes the Ocean Revive S026 or t247 are both the same other than the built in timer/intensity settings and are probably more than you need for softies....and definitely more than you need for fish only.... You probably could get away with using only 3...properly spaced.

units it2080 evergrows
now here is the issue and I am working with supplier to resolve. After a year of use , out of the 6 fixtures, 5 of them have issues with one of the channels on each . On one unit the all blue channel string of blue leds is out completely, it has no light on leds on that string.

On the other 4 Fixtures that same channel/string of all blue led is very dim even at 100 percent dialed up on that channel on "sunny" "cloudy" or "manual" mode all the same. Cannot get that channel to go bright.

Any updates softielover? Still running cob fixture at 70% color and 50% whites?

BTW can you tell me what LPS you have in there?

I have two taotronics and it seems like theyre growing everything great, have a radion on the other side of the 6 foot tank and dont notice any difference

Hey all, looking to keep LPS, soft corals, and a couple anems. Currently running marine orbit LED that I am looking to replace. Throughout reading the forum I have come across:

2) http://www.amazon.com/AIBC-Evergrow-LED-aquarium-IT2040/dp/B00DR96ZH8

Tank dimensions are 48W x 13D x 24H. Looking for any recommendations/amount of each light I would need for the tank!
