Well I wanted to go a different route but the pump isn't strong enough. The recent pictures are how I have my current sump and it works perfectly fine for me so I just did the same thing for the new tank. I like it because it's a simple layout that get the job done.

On a side note, I just placed an order online.... Can't wait to see what ups brings me!!!

He did it like that because he wanted to copy me:lmao:

Seriously though, that is the pump (assuming its the 1262) is the same one I origionally bought for my return. I sold it off before trying it because after some research I found out that although its a great pump, it does not have power to run anything more than the return + fuge. I'm currently running a WB5000 which is bigger and its barely enough to run 1 reactor let alone 2. Just thought I'd throw that out there. The eheim pumps are phenomenal, but they lack some oomph. On my 2016 build, I plan on one of those, but its a simpler smaller system:rollface:

Well looks like I'll just have to get a bigger pump in the future IF I decide to do a few things like setting up a zeovit. After reading up on zeovit I don't think I have the discipline for it yet, but those systems look mighty nice!! The pump is actually a 1060 that I picked up from Marvin. As of now the pump being strong enough for my fuge/return is good enough for me.

Zeovit reactor has it's own pump. Whatever works man, I'm sure it will be fine!

That's true. I'll just save that headache for another day.

I'm officially starting the LONGGGGGG process of filling my tank.

Funny I was just thinking I should have started making water a while ago. Thanks for the offer but I'm almost done filling it up. It won't be dont by the time I go to sleep so I'm going to shut it off soon and start again tomorrow morning around 6.

ChrisQ's Upgrade Build....Again

Sorry for all the boring updates but I really want to keep track of this build the best I can. Here is a video now that everything is up and running. The video makes it sound a lot louder than it really is. I feel like it's pretty silent but not dead silent.
