CL-280 Chiller

Hello, Just recived my new chiller and was wondering if the plastic cover that hold the screen inon the front, is that cover supposed to push in and lock and to remove push in to unlock? Mine just barely holds on to the tabs. Won't click in, it sticks out a little.
