Clarkii Clown with possible Popeye?

So we got this Clarkii a little over a week and a half ago. She had some difficulty with the resident blue velvet damsel.
Anyway, we added an LTA that ultimately floated into our powerhead, and got its tentacles chewed up a bit.
Our clown panicked and jumped out of the tan. The fall was maybe...four feet...
A couple days passed and now I believe the clown has two swollen eyes, one more so than the other.
Just wonderimg what treatments can possibly be administered...

Update if anyone sees:
The clown is obviously blind and both eyes look quite swollen. Fast respiration as well. When I put food in the tank she doesn't even seem to notice.
I feel that she's not going to last long.
