Clean up crew locally or online

Looking at gettin a full clean up crew for my new 150 and wondering if any shop in town is able to get close to the prices online anybody have any good experiences or bad with online sellers.

I just ordered a "cleaner package" from reef cleaners. Anything that can't be shipped with that package I usually pick up local.

I have had a few snails that didn't make the trek but i blame USPS for that.. but for the most part everyone was there and live.

Discount Aquarium is pretty close to what you will pay online for cleaners and you won't have to pay shipping costs.

Reefs 2 Go gets a bad rap, but they've been improving, and they are really trying to improve their reputation. I wouldn't gamble hundreds on them, but their prices are good, and I've done well with them.
It's definitely taking a chance, given their bad press, but they've shown that they are trying.

I got most of mine at DiscountAquarium...closest to online pricing you can get from what I saw, my peppermints and red emerald crab were real close to online, I think Nerites are 3/$2, I also got some nesserias(sp)... I think the only thing he didnt have at the time was cerinth snails.

I have also got a cpl turbo and cerinth at Aquatouch, but they were the only things not grossly overpriced there, beautiful store but $15 for a peppermint shrimp.....sheesh

Not exactly what I wanted to read but the order is already in and paid for maybe I will have better luck with the weather being cooler

You'll be fine if you went with inverts from ReefCleaners. I've placed a half dozen orders with him over the last year and only saw problems in the GB. I'm not a very picky person, though.

Yes, hopefully. As Larry said they have been trying to turn things around. Let us know how it turns out.

I have no experience with Reef Cleaners, I was referring to Reefs 2 Go trying to change their image, which is not great right now.

I just placed an order with Reefcleaners a month or so ago - everything was great. The hermits and snails can be a bit tiny, but, i'm happy with my orders. :)

Its my understanding that dragon gobys (Amblygobius phalaena) take to prepared foods easier and are the most hardy sand-sifting option. If that's your thing.
