clown and purple tang together?

Would a clown tang and purple tang work in a 437 gallon tank? Footprint of tank is 3 ft x 8 ft.

I would think so. Shape & patterns are different.
Clowns are only slightly less aggressive than Sohoal's so later on down the line things could change.

Yes. I don't know that I have heard of very many success stories.

Not saying to do it, but I have kept a clown tang with my yellow and naso for over 2.5 years. He runs the tank and is quite aggressive. Bought at 1.5 inch but now pushing 8.5 inches.
