Clownfish with grey fin edges and white cluster lumps on belly

Hi, Can someone help me with my clownfish. He has grey edges to one side and one bottom fin and small white bubble like lumps on his belly. At first I thought it was where my other (dominant) clownfish had nipped him and the fins where battle scars and the bubbles ruffled scales but now I think it's more serious than that. I have attached a photo. Both clowns have been together for about a month, this one is much smaller than the other, and is swimming and eating fine. I think the area covered in the bubbles is growing though.
Any advice would be great.

same for me. lympho is a virus, there is no real treatment other than keeping your water conditions pristine and soaking food in selcon and/or vita-chem. it takes a few weeks for it to run its course but it should go away on its own.
