We usually have 2 meetings a year at the stores. Every third meeting could alternate between AC & EB so we visit each every 6 mos. Talk to them I'm pretty sure they would agree. The store meetings are good for the club & the stores.

I'm going to drop by the Critter on Monday and see when would be a good time for them. Spoke with Sean at ebay today -- so we'll have the dates for the meets at the LFSs on the schedule sometime soon.
Here is what I have so far:

Be about as close to there as to my house for most folks! I can stand as a back up if someone falls through last min. more than likely. I am so far down south but we are getting more people in the club down this way. I could host November if people want to drive down this way to my tank full of fraggs. Maybe by then stuff will be more than 1 stick big :lol:

So looking at the schedule, you may have already guessed item #2:
Fins in Franklin is going to sign up as an official sponsor of the club -- Joining the Aquatic Critter, and Emerald Bay! I spoke with Tim at Fins today, and he would like for Fins to join as a corporate member, and would also like to host a meeting. November 11 works. That is a Sunday. They close at 5pm just like AC, and so we'll do the meeting there after they close for business for the day. Fins is not as big as AC or Ebay, but they do have some nice fish and corals.
Regarding the other two LFS meets, I am waiting to hear back from Chris at AC about the June date. It looks like it might work, but he has to check on a few things. More to come on the official dates for AC and Ebay.

Of course the above news leaves December open, and Rick and Angela both volunteered. Rick was first, so Rick, does December work for you? If it does, Angela -- we'll have to wait until next year to have a meet at your place. I hope you don't mind that Fins took one of the spots

Unfortunately, that means other things may not work out for a particular year -- now with only 8 monthly meeting slots open (Frag Swap, and 3 LFS meets + 8 others). It does look like some budding traditions may not happen this year -- the 3rd Annual Cincinnati Chili meeting (Rick's), or the ?? Annual Angela Short meeting, or the 3rd Annual NTRC/MTRC meeting.

Oh I was just trying to help out. I really don't want to clean all day for a meet 
Anyone can come over anytime to see my tank that they want, open door tank viewing policy I have also set up 2 of my neighbors so you can see 3 tanks in one trip :lol:
I will still try to make it up to your place in December John! It was nice getting to mingle with other clubs. And it was perfect timming to coordinate the swap with you guys.
Ricks wifes chilli is MMM MMM Good though! So you can just take me out of the list unless someone backs out and you need a quick fill in. My tank is ussually presentable but not my house! I am very flexiable and most always avaliable.

I was just getting ready to message you. I'm trying to work things out with John for doing that meeting. Quite honestly, I had forgotten about that as an annual thing. My intention was not to ignore tradition, or to stop doing things with NTRC.
