Co2 regulator?

Who makes or where can I buy a high end dual gauge co2 regulator? I want a nice one for a calcium reactor. I saw some stainless steel ones on eBay but they are not cheap. I'd love a Matheson but I'm not sure where to buy it. Any help is appreciated.

Are uou looking to build your own or buy a completed unit? Alanle builds custom top of the line units for people but you will pay top dollar for his quality. Be wary of some of the eBay completed units as some of them use a weak 1/16” metering valve. Ideally, you want a 1/4” or 1/8” low flow or at minimum, medium flow metering valve. If you’re looking to build your own, use Alanle’s regulator build thread as a guide.

In the very first post in section 1c, he details which brands of regulators and specific model numbers to search for on eBay. Many of us have used this guide as a reference to successfully build our own high end custom dual stage CO2 regulators for CaRx use.

The carbon doser unit does seem to be most frequently recommended. If you don't feel like spending $300, the Milwaukee dual unit is a better value. I bought one over 15 years ago (it may even be 20) and it's still going strong.

green leaf aquariums (GLA) GRO 1 is 205

they have the higher end SS pro versions too

nice regulator. they take a while to ship though. they took almost two weeks to ship mine.

nothing but positive reviews

I bought a really nice dual stage regulator from CO2art.eu which is based on the UK. I've been really happy with it. Price is excellent... probably the cheapest dual stage you'll find. No issues with end of tank dumping. Also has dual gauges. I believe I got the Pro version.
