ok i have concerns about some issies with my clowns and anemone..

1-- when i feed meaty items to my tank my clowns won't touch it? is this because there tank raised? how could i get them to?

2-- My clowns act scared of the LTA i have for them.. they go to it.. but then they go away like there not suppose to go in there. Should i get another clown to put in there til they get the idea?

getting clowns to host an anemone isnt a sure thing. Alot of the time if they do host one it takes a while and sometimes its right away. Just depends on how lucky you are lol. About the food you might want to find out what they were fed before, and if you just added them into the tank they might be a little stressed and just might not want to eat.

A false perc and an ocellaris are the same fish.

Anyways, an LTA isn't a natural host for them, so it may take a while. It took mine about 3 months to "find" my LTA. Now they won't leave them alone.

I can't figure out why my LTa is inflating and deflating alot.. it's a week 2 weeks old. water levels are great.. guess it's still getting used to my tank

I would expect that maybe during the first couple of days, but after two weeks it should be settled in.

Does it do that all the time or just at night ( after lights out ) mine do get a little bit smaller over night.

Is its foot already buried?

How "great" are the levels, numbers would be nice. how old is the tank?

it does it all the time. tank is 3 years old.

i can't tell idf it's burried or not. it had it's foot under a rock. i know it's a very very picky eater.. somtimes it will take silversides, krill, or squid. it depends on it's mood. tentackes are real sticky. sometimes when i try and feed it it catches me instead.
