Cool Fish on Diver's Den

conspic...the others are almost pedestrian at this point, lol...

Yeah out of the 3 the Conspic is by far the most prized. Gems are at the end of the day a tang after all and the TB Clarions are everywhere for all sorts of different prices

Yes in Europe too. Clarion you can buy every day. Gem and Bandit almost every day. For two Conspic I wait more than a half year and now idea when will become. Two tiny Interrupta arrived last week after waiting a half year

Somebody interested in my 15 cm Clarion 1.700€

The GDM is by far the coolest fish I've ever had. Lost him a month and a half ago. He some how made it out even with my lid on [emoji35]

An LFS by me gets them fairly regularly for $150. You can get a pair for $300!

Haha yes I'm well aware. The only reason I brought it up was that $150 seemed to be a steal since most online places I've found have been at least $300. About 1.5 years ago this LFS sold pairs for $150. Then they started getting popular and the price went up.

I think the two pyramid butterflies are nice. How much for them? LOL

Achilles is your Clarion getting aggressive?
I get two small ones and want to build a pair. One week I have 3 Clarions in tank. I introduce the 2 new ones and a jaculator. The big Clarion follow all new angels. Old ones like the Bandits multifaciata venusta or navarchus he doesn't interested. There are now damage on new fish but for my plans with pairs of Conspic, interrupta, jaculator, collini and Tigerpyge I want no risk. For introducing the Clarion as last angel I see no problems.

by far the coolest feather star ever[/QUOTE]

Should not be collected. It will surely die within a few months at most. It's already well on its way to starving I'm sure

That's one hell of a lists! Can't wait to see those pairs!

Why is this? It must not be a typical feather duster which is what I thought.

It is not a feather duster worm but a filter feeding brittle star. They are super difficult and should only be attempted by experts who are willing and able to supply the live plankton they need on a nightly basis.

yeah. they still should not be collected, but for the experts who can care for them, they are really cool creatures.
