Cool Fish on Diver's Den

14 days only covers the really bad stuff, but is not enough to be sure it will make it.
I got a crispa from LA that is still alive after 4 weeks but doesn't look like it will make it long term. Some things just take a long time to die...

ya anemone is a whole different story... still, I find DD carpets healthier than most LFS ones.

14 days gets my fish through TTM and Prazi.. that's about as far on QT as I go.. I don't think I'm skilled enough to recognize and treat other sicknesses.. so the fish are on their own for the remaining 2 weeks of observation

Many times if you call them before the 14days it out and let them know the fish is not doing well they will extend the warranty.

I purchase from DD for 2 reasons only.. customer service and 14 day live guarantee...

I also by from them because the only disease I have every got from them is ICH and it is very curable. Another reason I buy from them is I have had better quality fish from them by far and above over every other place I have purchased fish either local when we had a LFS and over the internet. I used to travel to a top notch LGS in Nashville, TN about 2.5 hours from here to buy fish. I never had as good luck as I do with DD.

I have lost a few fish after the 14 days that were delicate species, it happens. If you get a fish from DD that does not look good or is not eating, call them and let them know. They will work with you. I never got that kind of service ANY other place. YMMV LOL

Probably not all that rare, honestly I have no clue, but this pair looks kinda cool. I've never seen one before. Wish I was ready to start getting new fish for the tank.

Those fish have been coming in a lot.. When you have the desire to get them, im sure they should be available!!!!

Good to know! And yea thats what caught my eye, saw the pic and immediately thought "well they are adorable". And now off to youtube I go! haha.

Coral crouches are actually a type of scorpionfish and their spines on their dorsal fin are somewhat poisonous

Hmm, they look pretty small though, says max 3" so long as I keep only similar or bigger fish with them I'd probably be safe? Also says they are peaceful on there, but of course YMMV I guess.

I had that pair in my kart too.. lol.. decided not to because you need to hand feed? too much work imo.. 1 eel is enough hand feeding for me
